The PV Baseball Golf tournament is October 10th at Bailey Creek.
*4-person scramble
*$150 per person includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, and dinner
*11:00 am shot gun start: check-in begins at 10:00 am

To sign-up, simply respond to Coach Macalutas (530-624-4006) to hold your spot along with the names of the other members of your team. You can also sign up at Bailey Creek.
To pay for golf entry fees, please make checks payable to Bailey Creek Golf course or you can pay on the day of the tournament.

Sponsorships are also available. Please make checks for any sponsorships to "The Viking Dugout Club" Tax ID: #208398003

Prize Sponsorship: $500 (includes a sign with your name or business on a long drive or par 3 closest to the pin hole)
Hole Sponsorship: $100 (includes a tee box sign with your name or business on it)
