Golf For The Cause is more than a golf tournament.

On Monday, October 12, 2026, O.S.I.D.E. — Owners Serving Individual’s Deserving of Encouragement — will bring 140 golfers, North County businesses, community organizations and local leaders together at Arrowood Golf Course in Oceanside for our 11th Annual Golf For The Cause.

Only 35 foursomes will take the course for a full day of golf, community and giving back, featuring two live DJs, food, a Hole-in-One car prize, Beer Hole, dedicated charity beer, Longest Drive, Putting and Chipping contests, 50/50, raffle and auction.

But the most important part of the day is why we play.

Every great charity tournament needs a reason people remember why they participated. Ours is personal. Childhood-cancer survivor Casey Garness and the Bear Nation community have turned personal experience into action for children and families facing cancer.

Golf For The Cause proudly supports the childhood-cancer mission of Bear Nation and Gold Together through ACS Relay For Life, helping raise funds and awareness for the fight against childhood cancer.

Companies can do more than put a logo on a sign. Sponsors can become part of the golfer experience, connect with North County golfers and business leaders, and receive recognition leading up to and throughout tournament day.
