This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the organizers or golf course reserve the right to modify the schedule, delay play, or cancel the event in the interest of participant safety. All registrations, sponsorships and donations are final and non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather - no refunds will be issued. Proceeds will continue to support our fundraising mission. By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept these terms.
